Vacuum pump failure. Mike Rowell had us fixed and back in the air in roughly 1.5 hours. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Saved our day and trip.

Several courtesy cars available prior to the FBO closing at 6pm (at least on the Friday we flew in). Drop box to return keys after that time. Friendly and accomodating! Go to the Painted Horse restaurant and order one of their mac and cheese dishes (we had bbq pork).

We had a great experience here on 4/27/17... Highly recommended! The prompt service and availability of a courtesy car was appreciated. Also, kudos to Mike and Kymberly at Elite Aircraft Service (in the hangar next door) for their prompt and fast assistance/repair of a flat front tire... The charge was VERY reasonable too!

Got grounded due to IFR at my destination. Planned to sleep in plane but Mike kept checking on me till I got cold enough to be let in terminal. Nice facility and superb people!
